Do not submit diagnoses, medical history, payment card numbers, passwords, or identity documents in ride notes. Stripe—not this site—will handle card entry.

Information is shared only with providers needed to operate the service, such as hosting, email, SMS when enabled, and Stripe. Exact retention and deletion periods require owner and legal review before launch.
