The fee is not automatically enforceable without clear consent and a valid payment arrangement. Cash bookings need a separate policy.

Cancellation policy
The current offer is free cancellation at least 24 hours ahead, with a proposed $20 late-cancellation or no-show fee.
Refund timing
The final policy must define deposits, full payments, airport or weather disruption, provider cancellation, and how long refunds take.
How to cancel
Unpaid requests can be cancelled from the private status page, which releases the reserved time. If payment has started or been completed, call Carlene before cancelling so no charge is left unresolved.
