How a ride request works
Send the details. Carlene checks her schedule. Finish the confirmation only after she accepts.
2. Carlene reviews
Carlene receives a private action link. She can offer the ride or decline it with a reason. Opening the email alone never changes the booking.
3. Confirm
When Stripe is enabled, an accepted request moves to hosted checkout for a deposit or full payment. Stripe's webhook—not the browser redirect—will confirm payment.
